Dear Neighbors,

You elected me to the Township Committee in 2010, and in 2013 it has been my honor to serve as your Mayor.

The past 2 1/2 years have been difficult in a financial sense.

The Township Committee responded by making $500,000 in budget cuts. This year I see the beginning of a recovery in our commercial revenues. I recently had a conversation with a major owner of warehouses in Cranbury, and he told me that he is about to lease his only remaining available space. This bodes well for our warehouse district as a whole. As the occupancy rates in the warehouse district increase, those properties will be reassessed and commercial revenues will approach what they were prior to the economic downturn.

My service on the Township Committee is the most interesting thing I have ever done. I ask your support for a second term.
